Granta has invested in developing new materials information solutions with support from their customers ASM International (the world’s largest professional society for materials engineering) and three industry consortia. One of these is a collaboration of top aerospace, defence, and energy organisations that drove the development of GRANTA MI, now the industry-standard system for managing materials information in engineering enterprises.
Role in the project
Granta will provide a substantial effort towards the Collaborative Software Platform work package and support the four industrial pilots during the evaluation stage. Granta will interface with the Requirement Analysis and Framework Definition, Design for Multiple Lifecycles, and the Supply Chains and Business Models work packages in order to collect relevant requirements.
